At Laneway Paddle, we prioritise your satisfaction as our valued customer. If, for any reason, you encounter a defect in our products or feel that the product isn’t for you, we have established the following guidelines for hassle-free returns:
Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, kindly reach out to us at pickle@lanewaypaddle.com.
From here, you will just need to provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product you are wanting to return
- A summary of your reason for return
Full Refund Eligibility:
Merchandise purchased through lanewaypaddle.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Just pay for the delivery back to us.
Return Conditions:
We want you to get the most out of your trial period! To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable. Returned goods should be without significant damage and returned in their original packaging with all items inside.
- At this time, we do not support exchanges. Should you require a different item, kindly proceed with returning your original order for a refund and create a new order for the desired replacement.
Address Information:
Once an order is shipped, we may be unable to modify the address. As a result, Laneway Paddle cannot issue refunds for packages shipped to an address the customer no longer has access to.
Refund Processing:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly process your refund within 3 business days. The credited amount will be returned to the original form of payment used during the initial purchase.
